For clarity, I always used to be able to access my account. But when I log on now it's not there

@AlScott595

O2 have messed up a system update which is affecting thousands of customers.

1) You can use alternative email to gain access. Give this to O2.

2) Or you can also request the original email to be released from the original account, and this can then be added to the migrated 360 account (this can take up to 28 days, however should be done sooner)

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

You can

Text INFO to 85075 to get upgrade info.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

If you see the same on both the MyO2 App and the web version of MyO2 ( https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin ) then you will need to contact O2, the Social Media team are well-placed to deal with your account issues:

Note that upgrades that moved all O2 customers to a new billing system, called 360, left quite a few older accounts in limbo, and you may find that your account is latched to a different e-mail address. The Legacy team can help in this case, their number is 08082816956.  If you have an alternate e-mail address to give to them, account recovery can be pretty quick, @AlScott595 - otherwise it could take up to 28days to remedy.

If you need help finding out what your upgrade date is, quickest way is to text INFO to 85075.

Good luck!
