I've been trying to pay my bill for several days now and when it gets to the card verification bit, for some reason I'm not getting a verification code and can't complete the payment transaction. Any idea why?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
