Solved: end of contract and don't want to renew

how hard is it to explain that I don't want to renew the contract

I'm told that I have to give 30 days notice but surely 2 weeks is enough to tell them that I will not be renewing a sim only contract and do not want them to carry on the service after the contract expires it's not rocket science
