I’ve just renewed my O2 sim only contract and opted for an ESim. I’m really struggling for service and want to request a normal SIM card.

I've been on my account but can’t find a way to do this.

Any help please.

If you want a plastic SIM it is best calling into an O2 shop with photo ID. They will swap it there.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
