I have been trying since Friday to upgrade to an iphone 16 using to offer currently advertised on the o2 website, but at the checkout it states there is a problem, i called the o2 phone line and after the member of staff looking into it, I was told there is a problem with the system.
I have continued to try to pay/check out all weekend including today but the system states the same.
Is there an issue with the payment line, or I am starting to think this was not a real offer valid upto 28.4.25

Try incognito tab on browser, different browsers, app etc too.
