Phone line not working

One of my phone lines stopped 5weeks ago after picking up an upgrade despite being told repeatedly I would be contacted & it would be resolved in 48hours, still & waiting everytime i contacted o2 i get a new case number. What do I do now

When you upgraded did you keep your original SIM or get a new one?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can use your old sim in the new phone or do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

or go into any o2 store with photo ID and they will do it for you for free.
