I cancelled my O2 contract and received a confirmation email to say that my number will be disconnected on April 6th
Had an email on April 20th to say that my payment is due on April 22nd but there's nothing to pay
My normal monthly payment of £29 was then taken on Tuesday 22nd April.
Can't sign in to my O2 account as they want to send a text to the number that's been disconnected.
How do I get in touch to sort it out?
