Hi
I need to change the contact number for my Business account for the security checks - I have tried to do this on a couple of occasions- entered the new number, confirmed - got a code then when I went to check it had changed it sent the code to the previous 'incorrect' number!! Somehow....and I don't know how it is sending the code to my son who has not been on the account for years!! Surely this should be simple!!!
