I purchased a Samsung Watch 3 LTE (4G) for which I now require an eSIM with a data tarriff and sign this up and add to my existing account.
Cx service advised me to do this online but there is not the option of specifying a SIM-only data contract as an eSIM, let alone being able to add this onto and exsting number rather than replacing with it.
(Apple watch is on there, although only if supplied by O2).
I get the feeling my only hope is via an O2 shop, of course all of these are currently closed.
Has anyone got any ideas for how to do this ?
