Hello,
I need help to settle my account however I'm struggling to get into the account.
I bought a smart watch on pay monthly along side my phone. However I've now settled my phone account a while back, moved my number and left only my smart watch on O2.
I've now just got the smart watch phone number saved on that specific account and although I know the email and password I can't actually get into the account as I don't have the smart watch anymore.
Is there a way I can't close and settle the account without having access to the phone number?
Btw I don't even know the phone number that is attached to the monthly contract that my smart watch is on.
