So as chat doesn't seem to be active... I'll try here..
Our monthly bill is usually £11 odd (just tarriff) - minutes are always charged at £0.00 as we don't go over our tarriff. For some reason this month, we have £37 worth of charges for minutes
I've gone through the bill, nothing odd as it's all numbers and times we usually call but for some reason they're now chargeable instead of free...
We haven't changed tariff, our tariff is still active. What's going on???
Any help appreciated

Thanks for the reply
All calls are either 07 mobile numbers or 01 landline numbers. Checked our previous month bill and these are all numbers and similar time of day we have called in the past
Basically every call now has a charge by it, seems it's not applied our 500 minute allowance or something?

Ask customer service to put the bill into dispute and they will investigate. Something is very odd. You haven't gone over type allowance, called 0845/0870 numbers or called Premium numbers?

Have you been charged for all calls from particular time?
if so, check how many under a minute calls you have as this are rounded to full minute.
