I was told by one advisor that my bill for leaving O2 for a mid contract price rise would be zero. I then get a bill for £61.
After several phone calls to India, I reluctantly agree to meeting O2 half way just to end this fiasco and get an email saying it is being reviewed, I have heard nothing from O2 for well over a month now.
Customer service is an absolute joke.
