Hi folks
Myself and my wife upgraded our phones yesterday to the P30 Pro, each phone had two gifts to claim, wireless ear buds and a fitbit type thing lol I didn't want to phone as it is not essential but just wondering how we claim these gifts.
Also our tarriffs updated yesterday when the devices were despatched. My wife picked 30GB data with hers and mine was 60GB data. When I logged in to myO2 app her data showed as 80GB, We had 50GB bolt ons on our current phones and it seems hers has carried over to the new tarriff but mine has been removed would anyone know why that would be?
