I got a new pay monthly sim today but when i put it in my phone it asked for a sp code but when i put in the 13 digit number on the sim into my phone it says error what do i do?

SP code means Service Provider code.

Is your phone locked to another network? If so you need to get it unlocked from that network

Is the phone unlocked to all networks?

Do not try any other codes until you have the correct code to prevent the phone from becoming a paperweight
