Hi,

Can someone help...o2 is incredibly difficult to reach!

My sim suddenly stopped working with repeated 'sim not provisioned' notifications.  It has been 4 days.

I have really struggled to access any form of support as I have no Internet or ability to call. The worst of it is that my O2 app or online service will only open if it sends a code to my phone number.... which is blocked. I have had to find ways to access Internet either from work, friends or family. This has been awful. No reason from o2 has been given for why this has happened, can anyone please advise?

My bills, my bank, my insurance, my email, all require authentication via a code to my number. But my number is blocked. This is stressful. I feel incredibly disadvantaged for trusting o2.

Through much hassle, I was given short access to calling o2 customer service (chargeable) through work, that ended up taking 50mins and the o2 advisor kindly advised a new sim will be sent but it will need activating and had no idea why this occured?! But to date my problem remains. The sim has not arrived. This is horrendous and I'm so disappointed with o2 who I've been with for over 5 years

@Maya4

Your best chance is to go in store with photo ID for a new sim and a check of account and phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
