I moved from 3 to 02 and I transferred my number to 02 and now my new sim card in my new phone is saying "sim not provisioned " anyone know how to fix this?

I talked to customer service earlier on live chat and they told me to dona network reset which I did but didn't work. Then did a factory reset as per advise and still did not work. Now can't get hold of them to tell them it didn't work
