Family & Friends Discount

I have today ordered a new phone on a Refresh Tariff

As a family we have 3 phones in total with O2 on a combined account

As a consequence we have 2 Family & Friends Discounts showing against our account

However, like a numpty(!) I forgot to apply the Family & Friends Discount to the shopping basket when I placed my order

I cant now find anywhere where this can be added

Have I now missed my chance to add the discount code or can I still add this?

You friend/family member who works for o2 needs to arrange your discount. Think it needs to be done in 1st 28 days though but may have changed since I last worked for o2.

Hi @Cooby 

Yes, @bigdavie88 & @Cleoriff is correct Freinds and Family need's to be arranged by the friend or family member working for O2.  It needs to be applied within 28 days, it might be best to have a chat with them as our Family Plan discount might work out better for you.
