So, I've had an old phone with an ongoing issue, where every time I have gone to cancel the phone I have been met with "£0 outstanding balance" but never had the time to fix the issue due to work and other commitments.
I was recently issued a demand notice for this old device of £77 and am trying to pay this, but have no access at all to the account and can't even dial 202 off the device. The My o2 app itself will not allow me to pay the bill either so I'm a bit stuck!
Am I able to pay this bill and cancel the number from another o2 device. This has been causing me a lot of unecessary stress and I'm desperate to get it apprehended.
