Hi,
I hope someone can help me.
I upgraded my phone to the iphone 11 pro, it arrived in the post and I decided I wanted the bigger size so requested for a return. They sent me the packaging and I returned it in the post before the 14 days was up. This was over 2 weeks ago now and the return is still not showing on my account and I am unable to contact O2 via their contact number. I am not sure what to do as now I am paying for the upgrade however I have returned the phone.
If anyone has a solution or guidance it would be much appreciated

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
