Hi All,
Can anyone tell me how I get the current months phone plan invoice. I don't want the total payable, neither do I want what I've paid so far. I need an invoice for the current month only.
O2 don't understand what I want and keep sending me my current airtime bill which I can easily download. As my bank account shows O2 taking 2 separate payments - the airtime and then the phone plan - I need 2 invoices for my records.
Simple yes? No apparently not, whenever I ask they just keep emailing me a copy of my airtime bill!!
Any ideas chaps?

This has been asked before in the form of a vat invoice for a phone plan.
It looks like you need to talk to the correct preson and explain what you wany and you need to do it each month.

Thank you for your swift responses. I did do a quick search before posting but the link was helpful - not the answer I was after but an answer none-the-less!
It's funny seems like loads of people are asking for the same thing but it's as if I am asking for something totally alien!!
I'm sure we'll get there and they are a lot more helpful than Vodafone!

The reason o2 refresh is seperated is you can pay off the phone plan at any time and then keep the Call time plan running.
But I do not think o2 have thought out the phone plan paperwork very well.

If you log in to my02 online, click on View my phone plan
On your left side, click on Repayment Schedule
From there you will be able to download and print out your phone payment history as well as what you have left to pay, including dates.
Not sure if this is any help to you, but it is a some sort of a solution
