Hoping someone can help me as I'm getting nowhere with O2. Joined on 7 March 2025 as a PAYG customer on a rolling plan, activated My O2 and sim and could see my data allowance, plan details etc in the app. I then ported my existing number over to O2. This worked fine and I have full service and can use my phone without any problems. However, since porting the number over, when I log into My O2 it says there are no products or services associated with this account. So I can't see what data I have left, manage or cancel the rolling account. I have phone O2 numerous times to be told they can't see what the problem is but that in the system is says my account is 'pending deletion'. I've been into store twice and they also can't seem to work out what the problem is. Has anyone experienced this before?

These kinds of issues usually correct themselves at the next billing cycle.
Just system glitches.
