Have 2 accounts with o2, getting messages from 02 stating that I’ve used 80% of my data on both numbers, having checked my account on the app it appears that I’ve only used about 40% on one and 50% on another.
customer services don’t seem to understand a word of what I’m saying, anyone else had this issue ?

Your problem won't be on their "script", and if you're anything like me and have a distinctive local accent, you may as well be talking in Mandarin Chinese for all they'll understand you on the flippin' phone.

If you have bonus data from Volt or a deal taken out with the contract, the system can't handle the bonus data and reports usage against the base data on the contract.

That’s what I think customer services were trying to explain, I don’t understand why this has never happened before though, had volt double data for a couple of years now and never had this before 🤷♂️
