I have O2 pay monthly, the missus is on top-up with another company, and I have a 15 year-old son for whom I PAYG with another company. I want to combine them all into Multisave (or some other family option). I have logged into the O2 site and found the 'getting started' button, but when I click on it, the middle part of the page (the useful bit between the corporate page header and footer) just goes blank. I have tried waiting.
Anyway, before I reach for the online chat button, I thought I'd ask a few questions first: In what order do I need to do things? Do I need to get the other family members on O2 contracts first; or can I somehow 'convert' my contract to Multisave first (for now containing only my own number, and hopefully not yet paying anything extra for the privilege), and then add the other members by migrating them later? Or something else?

You need to get the additional contracts first then add them to your multisave plan.
The lead device does not any discount.
Must be contracts and not PAYG.
