Move existing number to an existing business account

I have x3 mobile phone contracts set-up with O2 business for 6 months now and one of the contracts currently is not being used. When i took the contract out i expressed that i wanted to move over a o2 personal contract in a few months time and i was advised this would be more then ok to do so. 

 

I've just spoken to O2 business customer services expressing that I want to now move a personal phone number over to my business account taking over the contract that's not being used however O2 business is telling me that the can't transfer a phone number over to an existing business contract. 

 

Can anyone shed some light on this and advise who to talk to - as the customer service advisor told me this can't be done, why i asked to speak to a manager they then came back and advised that it could be done and to call a number but the number they told me to call was the o2 Fraud phone number.

@Fkwarteng This is a customer community and we have no access to account information. Sorry to say you'll just have to persevere with O2 customer service and hope that the next representative you speak to has a working brain cell, but that's always a toss-up.
