02 double data??

Hello all,

I've found on the internet that 02 are offering "double data" for an extra £5 you can double your data each month. So that would be an extra £5 for 1GB of extra data for me. That'd be delightful...

But when i log into my 02 account it only offers me 1GB extra bolt on for £10.

Is this "double data" offer only for new customers??? Seems a bit of a price difference!

It says when you join O2 you can add it yourself when you choose your tariff but if you are already an O2 customer you have to contact customer services about it.

With all these things, I find it's best to call O2 (202) and get it sorted out.  If the deal exists, they should be able to sort it out for you.
