I can not pay. I tried all my cards. The banks say all the cards are working. O2 diverted the traffic. I can not speak to them by chat.
How can I pay. Now I can not use not even receive O2 SMS probabile cause they diverted traffic. Do you have any other means to pay or get in touch with O2.

The reason your cards are failing is that you are coming from a none UK IP address, so you could try using a VPN with a UK IP address..
Also it needs to be a UK Issued card.
Failing that then:
You will need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 You will have to use Skype and there is a guide here Guide: A Guide to Skype
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
All times are UK times..
