has anyone been able to get talking to the payment management team today?
I was on almost 2 hours last night and couldn't get through, today I went on to O2 chat within MYO2 app as suggested to speed things up, and have now been on the chat for 6 HOURS!! and still can't get anyone
What do you have to do to pay them money

Set up a direct debit is the best way to avoid occasions like this.
Or use myo2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk and pay it via the online portal. and just to be aware live chat is demand responsive like a of other companies, so a reply will be sent when they can, and you can not make payments over live chat...

I need to discuss payments with the Management team tho. I tried calling their direct number and was on hold for 2 hours last night, was on for an hour this morning before trying the app
I appreciate they are busy, and demand responsive, but I spoke to someone on the chat about 10 mins into the session, and he said he was transferring the chat directly to the manangement team

Granted it wasn't to the pay management team so maybe try the normal customer service number first and they will put you through to whichever department you need?
