I’ve recently paid my phone bill and it’s still saying overdue , and threatening to cut off my phone and online chat isn’t resolving it

If paid online it can take upto 48 hours to update. 

 

You will need to call the Payment Management team tomorrow on 0800 903 0217 as they are the only ones who can do anything about it.

@Mmurray This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )
