I have just logged on to My O2 app and under minutes is says "There is no minutes allowance included with your tariff.. You'll be charged at your atandard rate for any minutes you use". It states very similar on the My O2 section of the website and I get no text reply from 21202. I tried online chat and the person the other end says don't worry your minutes allowance is showing alright on our system.
I'm sorry, but I'm not too comforted by that statement. I visualise a high bill at next time with me trying to prove I haven't gone over my limit.
Amy ideas out there?
