HI,
This time last year i got a new phone on contract. Now i have only noticed there was 3 payments being taken from my account every month for the last year. From my account you can see i'm paying my airtime bill £23 usually and the device plan is £14.63, there has been an additional £14 also taken every month that I have now noticed.I cancelled this 3rd d/d and o2 have now emailed me saying payment is late, I cant talk to anyone at o2 due to the ongoing circumstances but i cant see what this additional £14 is for so I dont want to pay it. I think they are maybe taking it by mistake from the last device plan but i setelled that amount before i got the new phone.
