I,ve received my September pay monthly bill and see extras of £9.82…made up of 2 charges in same month for Amazon Prime video 1 at £4.83 and 1 at £4.99 ie £9.82 all in.l,ve gone in and cancelled the £4.99 but couldn’t remove the £4.83 .Can this be bolt on be totally cancelled as l thought the initial singular charged trial period had ended ?.Puzzled by duplicate charge ?please advise

If I had to guess, I would say that the £4.83 charge was for a part month and was historical while the £4.99 was for the next month.

To confirm this you would need to speak to customer services - you can call them on 202, chat to them using the o2 app (we also see an option for chat popping up on the store) or message them on social media on the links below.
