Good afternoon,

 

Please can I move direct debit date for the iPhone to the 18th of next month

You can do it in the billing section of your MyO2 or call.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If it was meant to have been paid by the 18th January, then o2 will be charging you soon for a late payment and suspending your line. 


As this is not customer services then you will need to speak to o2 asap on 0800 902 0327
