Close my contract

Hi I want to close my contract but keep my number and go back to pay as you go

Phone restrictions will not let me call out

Please can an advisor urgently call me. My phone has been barred with no reason, my bill has been paid. It has not worked for over 24 hours, I need my phone for emergencies!I cannot call customer services from my phone as it won't let me !

Changing pay monthly sim

I’d like to change my sim only monthly tariff to a lower rate with less data, calls and texts however the shop doesn’t show many options. Is there a £5-£8 a month sim that offers lower GB?

It won’t let me pay my bill abroad as when logging in it asked for the security 6 digit number to be txt to my phone, but as I’m abroad it won’t txt to me as it’s not beginning with 07 out here +44
