I'm unable to access my latest bill and the help is useless.  Anyone had the same problem?

When was the bill raised. I find mine appear about 24 hours after my bill date

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I can access mine as soon as I get the text/email. Only once has it been 24 hrs later.

There again the text was late in the day.

So has mine ever since the change to 360.
