Hi, I'm living in Australia and cannot sign in to pay my bill.
My sim will not pick up any signal in Australia for some reason, therefore I can't receive the code to allow me to sign in to my account.
I have tried the online bot but getting nowhere as I can only select the answers they provide.
Any suggestions on how I can get past this?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.

@pgn Has outlined the guide I posted re Australia.
Do check if Vodafone works for now.
Also be aware that the Terms and Conditions on International Roaming are changing and fair usage will be 63 days in any 4 month period. Not yet sure how that will work for you but be aware.
