My account is showing this but am abit confused does this mean I passed checks and will be accepted for the contract phone i’ve ordered

No, it means they are still checking.

It’s so confusing! I have spoken to the sales team today then they put me through to the fraud department then they accepted it i’ve had a few emails but nothing to say about my order just want to know if I will get the contract 🙄

Try calling again tomorrow to see if there are any updates or check with your bank to see if they take the money as that will only happen if accepted.
