Hi,

 

Was looking into cancelling the renewal of my contract now that it's about 30 days until it happens. I tried to call in just now to do that, and after answering the security question was told that calls are unavailable right now due to decreased staffing.

 

Was wondering is there an alternative contact point to discuss cancelling a contract? I wasn't offered to be put on hold and the call ended after it announced calls were unavailable.

 

Wondering what to do about this as I'd really like to cancel my contract due to wanting to switch SIMs and to find a cheaper contract.
