@Roland68

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

However, I suspect you need to address this with Kynex

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You will need to contact the reseller who sold you the contract in this instance Kynex as you are not a direct customer of o2

And hope you are still within their change of mind policy.

Correct, however, if a business contract, there is no cooling off period.

That's how they get you tied in full term.

I fully expect that you will need this https://kynex.co.uk/complaints-procedure/

Depends if it’s a reputable company or not, not heard of Kynex as they deal with SMB’s but hopefully the op can get them to sort it out
