Cancelled contract with o2 and moved to Tesco mobile . Telefonica have taken direct debit for January. I want my money returned. Contacted customer services but there English was difficult to understand on a poor line { o2 run Tesco } which then failed completely. My phone is for work and is not a smart phone and the BOT just keeps giving me a qr code to scan. Really helpful,not!
