Important texts not coming in on my account?

I had to get a OTC (One Time Code) to log in on here a bit since, and despite requesting the code, it took about 3 attempts to finally get the code.

I freely admit I have NO patience, but it's not just the OTC codes, texts in general don't always come till later.

Do I need to bug O2 about my account?
