Can't make phone calls

I can't make phone calls, and most incoming calls come up as private number even when I have the contact saved in my phone. Texts and data working fine, I've tried swapping the SIM for a new one in store with O2, to no success. When I swapped SIM into another phone, my SIM works in another device, and my friend's 3 network SIM works in my phone. Problem has been ongoing for over a month. Really need this solved.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
