Last month O2 sent me a new iPhone by mistake. I arranged for it to be returned but O2 say that the box was empty and the phone was missing. They are charging me for the missing phone. After several phone calls they admit it was a scam but they are still charging me for the phone. I am over 80 years old and just don't know how to get it sorted. Please help.
