Hi, I've been trying to contact O2 all afternoon. I go round and round in a loop with options, the system doesn't recognise when I use the keypad (never had that before) and then I get cut off. When I finally got through to someone and explained my 80 year old mum is without a phone because her transfer to o2 hasn't worked and that I was pretty desperate she cut me off in the middle of a sentence to transfer me to a different department - and then I was cut off again. I've never had such a bad experience with O2 - is this because of the take over?? I wish I hadn't recommended that my mum switch over.
