Be cheaper to use one of the online VoIP services which charges pennies a minute, if it has to be an actual phone call, rather than a mobile phone call.

Otherwise look at the international calling bundles on the same page link as above.

@CozH Another alternative would be to use WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Facetime (if you're an iPhone user) over WiFi, if the person you're calling has any of those apps. Won't cost a penny.
