Signed up for o2 24 month sim only from EE, bit complications with cancelling my previous contract meant that I didn’t put my new o2 sim into my phone until this week, despite having paid for my first month and being a couple days out of my cooling off period.
I don’t think this is the phone network for me - I have 1 bar of signal pretty much everywhere I go in London, and I want to cancel.
What should I do.

Just because you are having issues doesnt mean it is the same everywhere.... maybe check your local area for issues @Khope
