I transferred my number to another company but there is a balance of 15 pounds left in my account. How can I get a refund?

Did you @ehcsrob get your PAC code by text message ?

If so, as you are seeking a PAYG refund, look at the text message carefully as that will confirm the quantum of any refund entitlement and tell you how and when you can get it. 👍

Which will be to contact O2 as stated above.

I still have credit on my Pay As You Go account. What can I do?

If you have any credit or outstanding allowance when you complete your switch, you can request a refund via bank transfer or cheque. Please pop into an O2 store or get in touch to process your refund.
