SCAM?

Just received a text from +447742262537 advising that "your "Mobile SIM Contract(s) will be disabled due to failure to accept our Terms of Use" and requesting that I log onto the link given.  I assume that this is a SCAM?

100% Scam using a spoofed number

I take it you did not follow any links they supplied.
