Hi I've topped up my number instead of my daughter's how do I get my money back I can never seem to chat to a real person online or the phone I'm about to explode with how hard it actually is to speak to someone

O2 dont issue refunds on top ups normally so you may struggle as top ups are none refundable and there is no one on this customer to customer community who can help
