I've had my o2 for a few years now I've not changed my number in about 10 years and all of a sudden its saying I don't have my o2 anymore and I'm not a user of o2

Everyone is being changed over to a new billing system so if it's your turn to be changed over you will temporarily lose access to your MyO2.
