I have been a customer for a while and always used My O2, gone on there today and it says I am not yet eligible for it. Any suggestions? I have force closed and restarted and also updated it. Thanks.

We are all being transferred to a new billing system so you may lose access to your MyO2 temporarily whilst this takes place.
